1. Is this software secure for any device?

Yes, this software has been developed with the latest versions of the latest technologies, and we also keep our software updated regularly.

2. How much flexibility for use?

Very easy to use, the user does not even need to reload a page after the first browsing. It is responsive, so, operatable by any device.

3. Is it a Complete Restaurant Software Solutions?

It is everything you need to manage a restaurant. So yes, it comes with the Complete Software Solutions.

4. Do you provide lifetime support?

No. As per the license policy, one will have six months of support for a standard license. Twelve months support for extended license. But the user can upgrade the support policy by contacting us. We are available 24/7.

5. Can POS and kitchen works without an internet connection?

You can install it on your local server. If you use it from the local server, an internet connection is not needed. But if you install it in your live domain, the internet is required.

6. Can I edit the code to adapt some functions?

You can buy our extended license to get the React source code to edit and adapt some functions.

7. Do you provide an API to connect external channels and create orders?

It is an API-based single-page application, but we do not provide additional API to connect external channels.

8. Is it possible to install the application on subdomains?

Yes, this is possible. And you can do it with a single license for all the sub-domains of a domain.

9. Does it have table management?

You can add tables and assign tables in each order.

10. What exactly is unbuilt react source code?

Source codes are the files that can be changed and recompiled.

11. Are you using third-party libraries or component libraries?

We are not using any third-party libraries. We have used several NPM/Yarn packages.
