Terms of service

Clients will get a script from the Envato account after purchasing the Khadyo Restaurant Software from Envato. We will provide all present & future updates free of cost once you get a Khadyo license (Regular or Extended). According to Envato support and policy client will get every offer & supports provided by Envato. But after customizing a script, updates may not work because of the difference between the main script and the customized script. For any customization of your needs, the works will consider as extra work and will be charged.

Use License
Permission is granted to download one copy of the Khadyo on CodeCanyon. It is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

1. Modify or copy the software;
2. Use the software for re-sell;
3. Attempt to reverse engineer our Khadyo Software;
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Khadyo Software;
5. Transferring the Software to another person or “mirror” the Khadyo Software on any other server.

These will let Khadyo terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. One should destroy any downloaded software in their possession whether it is printed or digital format upon termination.

Fees & Payments
We strongly suggest the clients use a valid payment method. Khadyo Restaurant Software reserves the right to change the pricing of the software at any time (including VAT & TAX).

Cancellation
You cannot cancel a purchase order once it has been placed. If you want to cancel it after the order has been placed, you must pay the installation fee. If you encounter any technical issues after installation, please report them to our support team via email or direct call. We are responsible for resolving your issues within a certain time frame. If we fail to do so, you have the option to cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you will not be able to do it.

Refund Policy
We do not provide a direct refund system because we are committed to resolving our clients’ problems. We are dedicated to resolving our customers’ issues. You can contact us to discuss/know more about the refund policy.

Purchases
You just need to install our system and pay a one-time installation fee to use our services. The installation fee is subject to change at any time. So, before integrating this service, you can review our packages and price.

Subscriptions
You will get 6 months of free support with a regular purchase. You can also subscribe for 6 months of extended support. We will notify you before the subscription period ends. You can cancel your subscription any time you want.

Content
You can structure your website with your unique content. You can add any article, link, photos, or other materials. Otherwise, if you encounter any copyright issues, Khadyo will not be responsible or reliable for such activities.

Links to Other Websites
You have complete freedom to customize our system to meet your needs after installation, but Khadyo Restaurant Software is not liable if you include third-party links or links to other websites on your website. We shall not be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any issues encountered in carrying out such activities, such as system loss or damage, copyright claims, and so on.

Privacy Policies
If you want to be a part of our community, you must abide by our privacy standards. Khadyo Restaurant Software respects all policies and adheres to them. You can review our Privacy Policies before agreeing to the terms.

Governing Laws
Any dispute relating to the Khadyo Website will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Disclaimer
You must bear all risk and responsibility if you choose to integrate any third-party services. Khadyo restaurant software has clearly said that it will not accept such obligations. If you experience any unwanted actions such as unauthorized access, hacking, tampering, and so on, you are solely responsible for resolving these issues; we expressly disclaim any liability in this regard.
